How do I co the 3.1 CVS. I can't find a 3.1 tag in the cvsweb, and as
such have no idea how to get it.
What should I be looking for?

Unfortunately, I already knew this data, but it does not answer the
question. Perhaps I ought rephrase the question.
Which tags/branches are part of 3.1, and which ones are simply older
ones that are not relavent. Perhaps I should track the trunk?
