Hi,
I am trying to build gcc 3.0.1 with multi thread support on AIX 4.3.3,
but i have
been unable to build any but single threaded versions. Any advice on
building gcc
on AIX, anyone?
This is what i get from building gcc on my linux box:
Reading specs from
/usr/local/gcc301/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.0.1/specs
Configured with: ../gcc-3.0.1/configure --prefix=/usr/local/gcc301
--enable-threads=posix
Thread model: posix
gcc version 3.0.1
and my AIX box:

/home/bjensen/lib/gcc-lib/powerpc-ibm-aix4.3.3.0/3.0.1/specs
Configured with: ../gcc-3.0.1/configure --enable-threads=posix
--prefix=/home/bjensen
Thread model: single
gcc version 3.0.1
