The include file <gcc source>/libstdc++-v3/include/bits/std_limits.h has a #if
error at lines 282 and 475 (for gcc-3.0.4).
The lines have "#if <variable>" which does not compile using the c
preprocessor in g++. The two lines should read "#if <variable> == true"
