So I have decided to upgrade my kernel. Now I have Suse Linux 2.2.16 i686. The first step in the install doc was to upgrade GCC to at least 2.95.3. So I've downloaded the version 3.2, configured successfuly, however, and that's the point, the make bootstrap has ended with an error. I have attached the make output below. Could anyone guys please advice? srcdir = ~/updates/gcc-3.2 objdir = /usr/src/packages/BUILD/gcc-3.2 1. cd objdir 2. srcdir/configure --prefix=/usr/local 3. make bootstrap Thanks in advance, Petr. -------------- Enclosure number 1 ---------------- * This message contains the file 'gccmakeoutput', which has been * uuencoded.
