We use FnpCommsSoap.dll in our application. From software legal compliance requirement of my organization, I request you to let me know the "Country of origin" and if it has an "Export Control Classification Number" OR if you could point me where I can get it?

This library is not a part of GCC.  We don't know where it comes from.
