This is not an appropriate question for this mailing list. GCC is
just a compiler; it doesn't contain any libraries you might use for
graphics programming. You'd have to use some external libraries, and
then, you should ask for help with maintainers of those libraries.
You may want to have a look at www.gtk.org, for a start.
