Works for me too:

zebedee:~ $ gcj --main=net.mydomain.core.ClassA ./net/mydomain/core/ClassA.java ./net/mydomain/core/ClassB.java
zebedee:~ $ gcj --version
gcj (GCC) 4.1.2
Copyright (C) 2006 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
