Hi Olivier,
GCC does not include IMSL. I am not aware of a GNU IMSL (but I haven't looked too closely, either).
A precursory Google indicates that IMSL can be purchased from <http://www.vni.com/products/imsl/>, <http://www.absoft.com/imsl.html>, or several other vendors. Cost runs about US$500.
