Subject: casting variadic function pointer to non-variadic function pointer
Date: Mon, 07 Apr 2014 08:38:00 -0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <CAOnhYUVDJOXsrUucOfF5+a9cvArE-Jo=XK58oe-DPiJHX9xO0g@mail.gmail.com> (raw)
Hi,
I have a question regarding bug 45106
(http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D45106). I know it was
closed as invalid, but I have a product, which relies on such
typecasts. I noticed that when I compile it with g++ version 4.4, it
crashes, but when I use g++ version 4.7 everything seems to work. My
question is if there were some changes regarding these typecasts and I
can rely on this in g++ 4.7 or whether this is just coincidence and I
need to rewrite the code.
Thank you
Pavel
