Hi Eljay,
Yes, I have tried -g and -ggdb options and they do work, but I was
wondering
why the other options does NOT work.

Have you tried this...
g++ -mdll -DBUILD_DLL -O3 -c -fno-exceptions -g foo.cpp
...?
