Subject: problems compiling gcc-2.95.2 on AIX 4.1
Date: Mon, 07 Aug 2000 07:37:00 -0000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <OF96756784.EA976F2E-ONC1256934.004EA7D8@pc-plus.de> (raw)
Hi,
on the build/test status page ( http://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-2.95/buildstat.html )
it states:
rs6000-ibm-aix4.1.5.0
Successful
but it doesn't mention how to get this successful status, or who might know
how (ie: configuration options, pre-requisite GNU utilities etc).
Unfortunately all of my attempts so far have failed.
Could this list be extended to include an e-mail address or some
configuration information to help others getting started? (is this even the
right mailling list for this request? I didn't see any more appropriate
addresses on the gcc.gnu.org website.)
Of course any direct tips and tricks would also be most welcome. (which
aren't already in this mailling list, the FAQ or .info files - I've read
them already).
Thanks in advance,
Steve
