I remember to have subscribed to gcc-help@gcc.gnu.org, but not to this
list. When you subscribe to "gcc-help" in
"www.gnu.org/software/gcc/lists.html" you subscribe to both?. If not,
who can I unsubscribe from this one?. Thank you.

help-gcc == gcc-help
They are the same list. Most of the gnu lists have 2, 3, 4, or 12 names.
