Hi, I'm getting a build failure on CentOS4(x86_64) running gcc-3.4.6.
I think this is same failure as "Build Failure for gcc
4.2.2"(http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-help/2007-11/msg00165.html), but
there are no Follow-Ups resolving this failure.

You haven't described what the actual failure is. Copy and paste the
output. You've included the config.log from the top level but this only
contains information about running the top level configure script, which
is only a small fraction of the build process, and there seems to be
nothing out of the ordinary contained therein.
