After some Segmentation Faults

After some Segmentation Faults

Hi,

I'm running RedHat 7.1 and gcc-3.0.0 (installed from RPM) and I'm trying
to compile gcc-3.0.2. I've had already about 3 or 4 internal
segmentation faults. Since it has built something before segmentation
fault I just keep doing make bootstrap and it keeps building from the
point where it stopped before... Damn,... another seg. fault ocorred
just now:

../../gcc-3.0.2/gcc/cp/spew.c:854: Internal error: Segmentation fault

Ok, anyway, I'll just do make bootstrap once more and go on...
Do you think there is any problem on this, If I finish to build gcc, do
you think that it'll be corrupt? 
What can I do...??? :-/
