powerpc-eabi-addr2line gives Sementation Fault when I'm giving an address
that do not corrspond to a C code.
Is there a solution ?

This program is not part of GCC.
If you submit this problem report to the maintainers of binutils, make
sure to include a testcase that will let them duplicate the problem.
And mention which version of binutils it applies to.
