Hi,

   I want to print the gcc (C-compiler) manual of UNIX
which are in tex. I have web2c tex installed in my workstation.
The commands I used are

             To convert the texinfo file to dvi file:

        %  texi2dvi make.texinfo


            To print to a postscript laser printer

        % dvi2ps  make.dvi

           Everything worked fine except the page numbers
           were not printed either in the header or footer of
           each page. The page number appears in the cross
           reference.

         How to print the page numbers in each page?
