Hi,

is there any way to permamently disable the warning

 | warning: changing search order for system directory "/usr/X11R6/include"
 | warning: as it has already been specified as a non-system directory

when compiling with gcc? I am asking because this warning breaks
various autoconf macros (such as AC_TRY_CPP), which interpret output
to stderr as failure -- incorrectly in this case. I looked through the
documentation but found no good solution so far. Any pointers are
highly appreciated!
