No real change, but for consistency reset all multilib related variables.
config/arm/t-linux-eabi (MULTILIB_EXCEPTIONS): Set to empty.
(MULTILIB_RESUE): Likewise.
(MULTILIB_MATCHES): Likewise.
(MULTLIB_REQUIRED): Likewise.
