* [PATCH] Remove the C front-end

This patch removes the C front-end as it has not been changed since 
1999 and looks like the maintainers no longer care about it as they 
only care about the Java front-end.
Also this patch moves the whole back-end to be written in Java so we 
can actually
bootstrap still.

OK? Bootstrapped on pdp11 with no regressions.

Rejected, your forgot to attach the patch and did not provide a
ChangeLog either. :-)
