Committed this cleanup of the headers included in various files of
libgfortran, after bootstrapping and regtesting on x86_64-linux:

	* intrinsics/cpu_time.c: Don't include headers already included
	by libgfortran.h. Protect inclusion of sys/times.h.
	* configure.ac: Remove unneeded checks for finit, stdio.h,

	* config/fpu-aix.h: Don't include headers already included by
	libgfortran.h.
	* config/fpu-sysv.h: Likewise.
