Minor OpenACC 2.7 update to https://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-14/changes.html#openacc

The 'readonly' modifier is now in (well, since March), albeit more 2.7 
features are in the pipeline...

Comments, remarks, suggestions before I commit it?
