No, you don't. You need to Java runtime library *in bytecode form*, but
that's present under libjava/classpath/lib.
(BTW, it seems that we're talking about two patches. 1) Copying
libtool.m4 to classpath -- that's fine. 2) Hacking around libtool.m4 to
use gcc instead of gcj -- that's not.)
