I believe it is still
Plural-Forms: nplurals=3; plural=n%100/10==1 ? 2 : n%10==1 ? 0 : (n+9)%10>3 ? 2 : 1;
for Czech, anyway, it doesn't matter here much and it is up to the
translators.
