Hi!

I hope this pattern actually shouldn't be used for AVX512*, because
vpinsr should match instead, but just in case it doesn't, all the insns
involved are in AVX512F.

Bootstrapped/regtested on x86_64-linux and i686-linux, ok for trunk?
