Code cleanup; semantics is unaffected.
Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk
gcc/ada/
* freeze.adb (Freeze_All): Simplify by reusing
Is_Subprogram_Or_Entry.
* sem_ch11.adb (Analyze_Handled_Statement): Likewise.
