* [PATCH] Adjust the wording for x86 _Float16 type.

Hi:
  As discussed in [1], adjust the layout for x86 _Float16 description.
  Bootstrappedn and regtested on x86_64-linux-gnu{-m32,}.
  Ok for trunk?
