Using a straight implementation like the one in Find_Arithmetic_Types.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

	* sem_ch4.adb (Find_Arithmetic_Types): Use local variables.
	(Find_Boolean_Types): Rewrite modeled on Find_Arithmetic_Types.
