Code cleanup; semantics is unaffected.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on trunk

gcc/ada/

	* sem_prag.adb (Get_SPARK_Mode_Type): Fix header box; replace
	chained IF with a CASE statement.
