libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
* include/precompiled/extc++.h [!_GLIBCXX_HOSTED]: Do not
include headers that aren't valid for freestanding.
* include/precompiled/stdc++.h [!_GLIBCXX_HOSTED]: Likewise.
