Tested x86_64-linux. Pushed to trunk.

This should have been done in r9-2028-g8ba7f29e3dd064 when
std::shared_mutex was changed to be defined without depending on
_GLIBCXX_USE_C99_STDINT_TR1.

libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:

	* testsuite/experimental/feat-cxx14.cc: Remove dependency on
	_GLIBCXX_USE_C99_STDINT_TR1.
