* libgnat/system-vxworks7-ppc-kernel.ads: Enable
Support_Atomic_Primitives.
* libgnat/system-vxworks7-ppc-rtp-smp.ads: Likewise.
Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
