To reproduce:
$ cd {build_dir}/gcc && make check RUNTESTFLAGS="i386.exp=gcc.target/i386/pr78904-1b.c --target_board='unix{-m64}'"
$ cd {build_dir}/gcc && make check RUNTESTFLAGS="i386.exp=gcc.target/i386/pr78904-1b.c --target_board='unix{-m64\ -march=cascadelake}'"
