This patch documents the optimization parameter
riscv-strcmp-inline-limit, which can be used to tweak the behaviour
of -minline-strcmp and -minline-strncmp.
gcc/ChangeLog:

* doc/invoke.texi: Document riscv-strcmp-inline-limit.
