There is currently no unwinding implementation.
libgcc/ChangeLog:
* config.host: Recognize aarch64*-*-gnu* hosts.
* config/aarch64/gnu-unwind.h: New file.
* config/aarch64/heap-trampoline.c
(allocate_trampoline_page): Support GNU/Hurd.
