[COMMITTED 06/31] ada: Update documentation of warning messages

Update the documentation of warning messages that only
emit info messages to clearly reflect that they only emit
info messages and not warning messages.

gcc/ada/

	* doc/gnat_ugn/building_executable_programs_with_gnat.rst:
	Update the documentation of -gnatw.n and -gnatw.l
	* gnat_ugn.texi: Regenerate.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
