  Wait, I just checked.  We appear not to have been using separate sections
per release version in the changes.html pages since way back in GCC-4.1 days
(and not even consistently there).

  The existing documentation doesn't even specify that LTO is limited to
targets that support it, although it could be read as indirectly implying so
by mentioning that the LTO bytecode data goes in "ELF sections".  So I
couldn't think of anything much better than the attached.  Not committed it
yet - do you have a better suggestion?

	* htdocs/gcc-4.5/changes.html: Remove explicit mentions of ELF
	format from LTO documentation.
