         - Add host_data pragma definition to list in oacc_pragma[].

     gcc/c-family/c-pragma.h b/gcc/c-family/c-pragma.h

         - Add host_data pragma enum to list in pragma_kind[].
         - Add use_device clause enum to list in pragma_omp_clause[].
