This patch relaxes some of the ptx-specific predicates to allow hard regs. We
also can use some regular predicates for the mov insns and a couple of openacc
hooks.
More cleanup coming soon ...

* config/nvptx/nvptx.c (nvptx_maybe_convert_symbolic_operand):
Remove UNSPEC_TO_GENERIC generation.
(nvptx_output_mov_insn): Generate cvta for symbolic src.
* config/nvptx/nvptx.md (nvptx_register_operand): Allow hard reg.
(nvptx_reg_or_mem_operand): Likewise.
(nvptx_nonmemory_operand): Likewise.
(nvptx_general_operand): Delete.
(*mov<mode>_insn): Use nonimmediate_operand, permit hardregs.
(oacc_fork, oacc_join): Use general_operand.
