OK to push the attached
GCC "nvptx: In 'STARTFILE_SPEC', fix 'crt0.o' for '-mmainkernel'" to all
active GCC branches?  (... instead of having to restore this "blunder"
(do "search for input files in '-L'directories") in nvptx-tools...)
