'libgomp.{,oacc-}fortran/fortran-torture_execute_math.f90'
..., via 'include'ing the existing 'gfortran.fortran-torture/execute/math.f90',
which therefore is enhanced for optional OpenACC 'serial', OpenMP 'target'
usage.
