Hello, This patch supports following MVE ACLE intrinsics with binary operands. vaddlvq_p_s32, vaddlvq_p_u32, vcmpneq_s8, vcmpneq_s16, vcmpneq_s32, vcmpneq_u8, vcmpneq_u16, vcmpneq_u32, vshlq_s8, vshlq_s16, vshlq_s32, vshlq_u8, vshlq_u16, vshlq_u32.
