I pushed this minor update on top of the GCC 12 release changes.

Jakub, I believe you have been using <a name=...> somewhere else,
too. Not a biggie, and nothing to do. I'll take care...

<a name> here came in via e9d81288aaae7626d7b511e0f84cba3e72f47b52
which is deprecated. Simply use an id instead.

I often just copy from git diff from a year ago, which has the
disadvantages that issues that are fixed later on keep reappearing.

Ah, makes sense. ;-)

Any idea how we/I might help avoid or mitigate this? (Even a validator
would not catch all, as I just noticed.)
