A change made with r275564 ("[ARM/FDPIC v6 02/24] [ARM] FDPIC: Handle 
arm*-*-uclinuxfdpiceabi in configure scripts") to libtool.m4 has not 
regenerated all the `configure' scripts affected.  Fix it.
