www-01.ibm.com switched back to www.ibm.com and to https by default,
two changes I followed via the patch below.

Looking at the interesting URL and having found
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/ssw_aix_72/com.ibm.aix.cmds3/ld.html
(which is version-specific, but the latest and I don't think AIX 
does a new release multiple times a year), would it make sense to
use that link instead?

Let me know what you prefer.  I can make that change as a follow-up.
