The most recent commit to gcc/ChangeLog had DOS line endings.  I
removed the \015 characters in revision 120868.

It would have to be done carefully. One could even set 
svn:eol-style=CRLF as appropriate.

Beware that may be a few key files which *must* have DOS line endings,
like any *.BAT files, and perhaps cpplib test cases.  If you do a
global attribute change, remember to check for such things.

Do you know if there is some reason why GCC does not set the subversion property "svn:eol-style=native" for all of the ASCII source files? This would eliminate such issues.
