With the latest versions of Solaris 10 (patch 119961-10) and 11
(snv_164), Sun bug

7012583 fbe/as emits invalid R_AMD64_32 relocation

has finally been fixed and gcc.c-torture/execute/960321-1.c doesn't fail
any longer on 64-bit Solaris/x86. The corresponding .x file can thus be
removed, which the following patch does.

Tested with the appropriate runtest invocations on i386-pc-solaris2.10,
installed on mainline, 4.6 and 4.5 branches.
