On i686-pc-cygwin, g++ testsuite executables generated by old-dejagnu.exe are never deleted - even when successful.

As a result, each testsuite run generates a few hundred megabytes of unwanted .exe files.

Root cause is that executable name does not have a suffix, so cygwin adds .exe, which dejagnu doesn't expect.

Run g++ testsuite on i686-pc-cygwin
