 Have you find the problem? I have reached the same problem trying to 
 make bootstrap the gcj, getting the following problem:
 ...
 configure: error: can not find install-sh or install.sh in .. ./..
 make[1]: *** [configure-target-libstdc++-v3] Error 1
 make[1]: Leaving directory `/tmp/egcs'
 make: *** [bootstrap] Error 2
 
 If you have a solution, would you please inform me.
