Hmm... the file upload facility in gnats doesn't appear to work all that
well. Here's the patch (against GCC 3.0)...

* configure.in (LIBIBERTY): Define. Substitute in Makefile.am if
we need to add libiberty to the link line.
(ZDEPS, ZLIBS): Correct/simplify.
* Makefile.in: Rebuilt.
* Makefile.am (fastjar_LDADD, fastjar_DEPENDENCIES): Add
$LIBIBERTY.
