Compiler error:
sighandlers.cc:649: Internal compiler error in `output_die', at dwarf2out.c:5433

Download Octave 2.0.16 from ftp.octave.org/pub/octave
execute ./configure in the uncompressed octave directory.
run gmake.
compiler commands used, as generated by configure
Compilation always fails at src/sighandlers.cc
